William has been involved in the HVAC industry since 2016. After earning a bachelor degree in accounting, William discovered working outside of an office environment was more to his liking. Many of the pictures you will find throughout this website serve as examples of Williams fine craftsmanship.

Dave has been working in the HVAC industry since 1982 and has been a Keys resident for just as long. He founded Houston Air Inc in 1987 and went on to sell it in 2007. Although a chemical engineer by degree Nathalie has been working in the HVAC industry since 1989 when she joined Houston Air full time to manage the administrative end. She served in that role until the company sold in 2007. Since then she has remained in the bookkeeping industry working for the owners of a local hardware store, garden center and resort. Nathalie is tasked with the administrative organization of QCE.

Although Jay joined Quality Comfort Experts in April 2022, he is not new to our team or our customers. Jay has been pleasing customers with his attention to detail and knowledge of the air conditioning industry in the Keys since 2004.
